"Mortal Mind" explores the concept of eternal persistence through the transfer of immaterial data in a digital yet unfamiliar realm. The way we remember something is not fundamentally different from how data is stored in the consciousness of a program. Thus, the director delves into the notion of 'backup', as a generation influenced by media culture. Instead of infinite eternity as a singular entity, they present a substitute existence through the transfer of data, known as backup, in order to bestow self-perpetuity.
